Job Description:
Fincera Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must be active, sharp, and highly creative, with a strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, and functionality. You will play a key role in transforming concepts into elegant and practical interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
• Prepare 2D/3D layouts, material boards, and presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams for timely project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and design compliance.
• Stay updated with design trends, finishes, and technology in the market.
• Maintain professionalism and proactive communication with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, or related design tools.
• Excellent communication, detailing, and multitasking skills.
• Must be active, smart, and sharp in work execution.
