Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects that align with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations based on project scope.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material boards for client review and approval.
• Select furniture, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and accessories suitable for each project.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate with the procurement team for sourcing.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer (Dubai experience preferred) — mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects.
• 2-3 years of local experince is mandatory
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and authority regulations related to interior fit-out.
