Interior Designer – Fit-Out Projects (UAE)

Company Overview:
We are a leading Interior and Fit-Out company delivering luxury turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion
• Prepare technical drawings, material schedules, and BOQs for joinery and fit-out works
• Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and standards
• Coordinate with production teams, joinery workshops, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and supervise design implementation
• Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues
• Source materials, finishes, and hardware suitable for projects
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and interior fit-out techniques
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is a plus
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery processes, and construction methods
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Portfolio submission is mandatory
