Interior Factory Foreman

We are hiring Interior factory foreman for our factory located at Panavally.

• Production Management:Manage all aspects of furniture production, including work-related activities and planning.
• Production Planning:Develop and execute production plans on a daily, monthly, and proposed date basis to meet demand and goals.
• Production Monitoring:Monitor production to ensure alignment with planning schedules, casting parameters, and productivity targets.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance:Prioritize safety and environmental considerations in all production activities.
• Maintain discipline in the factory to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Team Leadership and Development:Lead and develop production teams, including workers.
• Foster skills development among team members.
• Required experience in furniture assembly and quality control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
