Location: Dubai, UAE
Minimum Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out professional? Join a dynamic team delivering high-end commercial and residential interiors across Dubai. This is your chance to work on premium projects that challenge and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise full interior fit-out project lifecycles – from concept to completion.

• Read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for timely and quality execution.

• Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with design standards.

• Prepare material submittals, procurement schedules, and work programs.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in interior fit-out or turnkey projects.

• Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and civil works.

• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Must have a valid Freelance Visa and be currently based in Dubai.

Preferred Skills:

• Interior Design or Architecture background.

• Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
