Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to Oversee and Manage Interior Fit-Out Projects from Inception to Completion. The Ideal Candidate will ensure work is Executed as per Approved Drawings, Specifications, and Timelines while maintaining High-Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Day-to-Day Site Activities and Manage Site Workers & Subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients.
• Review and Interpret Technical Drawings and Specifications.
• Monitor Project Progress and Prepare Daily/Weekly Site Reports.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Manage Materials, Tools, and Equipment required for Site Works.
• Address and Resolve any on-site issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Experience as an Interior Fit-Out Supervisor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out works.
• Ability to Read and Interpret Drawings and BOQ.
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
