Site Supervisor

• Architecture / Interior design
• Reports to Project Designer/CEO

Brief:

• Oversee and manage site activities for interior design projects.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of site execution in line with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and work progress.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to implement project plans.
• Ensure materials and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards at the site.

Skills & competencies:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior design plans and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction materials and techniques.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability & ability to lead team on site.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination.

Work Location:

• On-site role with occasional office coordination
• May require extended hours to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
