Interior site supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, managing teams, and delivering projects on time while adhering to safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior works (carpentry, flooring, ceiling, partitions, painting, etc.).
• Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and usage to avoid delays and wastage.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve any technical/site-related issues promptly.
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards at the site.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support project handover by ensuring all finishing works are completed to client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (X–Y years) in supervising interior fit-out or finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
