Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic, driven, and ambitious Field Sales Interns in Lahore who are eager to launch a career in sales. This internship offers real-world experience in B2B field sales, with a focus on POS systems, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit local businesses to promote and demonstrate our POS software solutions
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking
  • Understand client pain points and offer tailored product solutions
  • Assist in onboarding and training new clients on the POS system
  • Support senior sales executives during field activities and client meetings
  • Collect and report customer feedback and market insights
  • Meet assigned sales and activity targets under the guidance of a sales lead
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates (Sales, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with on-ground client interaction
  • Quick learner with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Based in Lahore with the ability to travel locally for client visits.

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: 10:00 am onwards (Flexible working hours)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: 30,000 PKR to 50,000 PKR (30 liter fuel allowance, 2k mobile allowance, plus 75% to 100% commission on every sale)

Number of Positions: 3

Location: Islamabad
