What is the Internal Committee (IC)?

The IC is a grievance redressal forum which deals with complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace. It has been mandated by the Sexual Harassment of women in the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 and UGC.
