Role

The position is a hybrid content creator role responsible for producing high quality, engaging video and photo content that aligns with company values, builds

brand recognition, and company culture. Key duties include filming and editing doctor bios videos, internal Podcasts, and other internal projects. As well as managing content uploads and collaborating across departments. The role requires a friendly, outgoing, personable personality, flexibility, and a proactive, client focused approach to enhance storytelling and operational processes while meeting deadlines. Travel via airplane may be necessary occasionally to capture content, attend company events, or help with team projects.

• Interview Providers/Doctors to capture:
• Dr. Bios Videos to get to know who they are and why they chose to work with Nuvia.
• Dr. Headshots that are consistent and professional.
• Film & Edit company podcasts.
• Currently there is 1 podcast.
• Film and Edit them with a 1 week turn around.
• Be flexible and willing to help out where potentially needed.
• Be willing to work on other projects as needed
• Headshots for anyone who needs them (extra photoshopping is not required).
• Assist in editing podcasts when necessary
• Edit mini documentaries.
• Film patient stories.
• Film misc. internal projects
• Working and meeting with other departments for content needs
• Deliver the content you shoot in 1 week.
• Upload to Frami.io for content to be reviewed.
• Upload content to google drive & wistia.
• Label content correctly.
• Upload in the correct location.
• Report to Manager
• Come prepared with questions and concerns you may have.
• Bring ideas, if any, to improve processes
• Give a status report on projects in progress.
  
  

Responsibility Details

• Set the stage and capture of a successful Bio Video.
• Treat Doctors like they are your clients. Put your best foot forward, be patient, help them be comfortable, and excited to work for Nuvia. Help them work
• through nerves.
• Deliver Content in a timely manner (1 week turnaround), and upload it to frame for review, google drive for storage, wistia for final edits.
• Work with team members and other departments professionally and timely.
• Managing files finished videos on the google drive.
• Be obsessed with the Patient/“client” experience.
• Look for ways to improve Nuvia's process.
• Be willing to share content with other teams as needed. This could be in any department.
• Get to know other roles and see how you can support them.
  
  

Results

• Create content that is engaging, captivating, tells story
• Complete projects by deadlines given by leader (typically 1 week of shooting, 2 weeks occasionally)
• Own your role! Open to collaboration and demonstrate MVP Teamwork coordinating projects between departments and staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Able to work Hybrid. Edit from home, film wherever needed.
• Able to work of 8AM to 5pm but understanding that to excel extra hours may need to be put in.
• Able to lift 30 lbs of equipment
• Get a signed media release form before filming non employees of Nuvia.
• Know patient's and SML MKR name, and call them by name during each meeting with that patient
• Understand that we help people change their own lives by doing our jobs.
• Extreme friendliness and compassion any time interviewing a patient or SML MKR. This will set you up for success and get patients to open up about their history on camera.
• A proactive self starter with a flexible work approach and a motivated, energetic, “can do” attitude
• Professional presentation/work approach and a helpful, supportive spirit.
• A problem solver with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously, and the initiative to drive solutions
• Manage and upload all content to the google drive

• Be willing to share filmed content with another content creator for editing.

Weekly Deliverables

• Deliver projects 1 week after shooting them (Manager works on exceptions)
• Film and schedule shoots as needed
• Fill out “next day game plan” form, end of day
• Track how time is spent in google calendar (have a paper trail)
