We are seeking a skilled Internal Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations Department. The role is responsible for managing the movement and staging of materials within our manufacturing facility. This role ensures that raw materials, components, and finished products are efficiently transferred between warehouses, production shops, packing and storage areas to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the internal flow of products and by-products between departments (e.g., melting / casting / forging / machining / heat treatment shop, NDE shop, painting & packing area).

Overall coordination of heavy equipment request intake and assignment.

Oversees the entire process of receiving and allocating requests for heavy machinery.

Ensure timely delivery of products or by-products to workplaces as requested without delay.

Organize and track internal transport (e.g., forklift, truck, trailer) and ensure heavy machinery equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

Performance evaluation and working hours management for all team members.

Monitors and evaluates individual performance and ensures proper timekeeping and attendance.

Scheduling and oversight of heavy equipment maintenance.

Manages both routine and special inspections. In the event of major breakdowns, coordinates with external maintenance service providers.

Prioritize and schedule internal transport according to production urgency.

Track and record products & by-products transfers using excel or system.

Prepare internal logistics documentation and update systems accurately.

Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline internal logistics and reduce waste or delays.

Adhere to company policies and safety standards in all logistics activities.
Required Qualifications:

Diploma or High School or equivalent (technical or logistics education preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations in the manufacturing sector.

Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP).

Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, strong leadership and communication.

Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks with high time management.
