Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Karāchi for an International Customer Support Specialist. The International Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing multilingual customer service via phone, email, and chat to customers around the world, and is expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to customer orders, billing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Fluency in English
• Experience in a customer support or service role is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
