Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing / Business Development Officer to generate qualified leads from international markets (US & UK). The role includes cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and social media–based lead generation for IT and financial products/services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Good spoken and written English required for international communication.
• Strong cold calling skills with confidence and persuasive communication.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, social media marketing and Google Sheets
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Location: Lahore

· Salary: Rs.70,000-80,000/-

· Start date: As soon as possible

Experience
At least 01 -02 years of Lead generation (cold calling), business development and sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from US & UK markets through:
• Cold calling
• LinkedIn outreach
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Instagram, etc.)
• Email campaigns & follow-ups
• Online research
• Build and maintain a pipeline of international prospects.
• Initiate professional conversations with potential clients to introduce company IT/Finance products.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for international audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing department to create post for social media outreach.
• Content creation for social media posts
• Communicate effectively with international clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Understand client needs and match them with relevant IT/Finance solutions.
• Conduct international market research to identify new industries and target client groups.
• Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for leads, calls and conversions
