Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of assigned countries or regions, track market trends, and develop effective go-to-market and marketing strategies.
  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key local clients, including large enterprises and state-owned or government-related entities; identify customer needs and convert market opportunities into sales orders.
  • Proactively identify and assess project opportunities in target markets and drive the full sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Lead brand promotion and marketing activities in the assigned market, and establish long-term relationships with senior-level government and institutional stakeholders.
  • Oversee overseas project receivables collection and manage payment risks to ensure timely and secure cash flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the wind power industry or power generation sector (Chinese nationals only).
  • Demonstrated success in developing overseas wind power projects, with solid knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle, including leads, opportunities, orders, contracts, and payment collection.
  • Strong network of wind power project resources and customer relationships.
  • Excellent capabilities in market penetration, key account management, and cross-functional resource coordination.
  • Strong command of English, able to use English as a working language; outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
