Key Responsibilities

• Advise international clients on property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and other global markets
• Facilitate cross-border property transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, developers, and real estate partners
• Conduct market research and provide insights on global property trends, pricing, and investment strategies
• Coordinate property viewings, virtual tours, and client meetings across time zones
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to prepare promotional materials and transaction documentation
• Represent the company at international property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or consultancy
• Strong understanding of global property markets and investment dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work with diverse clientele
• Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of international property deals
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is an advantage
