Position Overview
We are seeking a globally minded and multilingual International Real Estate Sales Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with cross-border sales experience, cultural fluency, and a passion for connecting international buyers and investors with premium UAE properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote UAE properties to international clients and investors
• Conduct virtual and in-person property consultations tailored to global clientele
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, relocation firms, and investment groups
• Stay informed on global market trends, visa regulations, and international buyer preferences
• Negotiate and close cross-border transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and international lead tracking tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international real estate sales or global client management
• Strong understanding of UAE property laws and foreign ownership regulations
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Arabic are highly valued
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and international sales channels
