Duties & Responsibilities
✓ Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer requirements.
✓ Actively pursuing new sales opportunities via cold calling, follow-up calls, and chats.
✓ Listen to the customer's needs and tailor your presentation accordingly to close the deal.
✓ Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customers via phone calls and email in order to increase sales.
✓ Respond carefully to incoming email and phone inquiries.
✓ Negotiate an agreement's terms and close sales.
✓ Challenge any objections with the goal of convincing the customer to purchase.
✓ Advise on upcoming product developments and discuss promotional offers.
✓ Create detailed proposal documents, typically as part of a formal proposal process that is largely determined by the prospective client.
✓ Verify the available stock quantities with vendors and in stock (Inventory).
✓ Perform precise, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations and applicable discounts as required.
✓ Stay abreast of trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement or to suggest new products.
✓ Collect and analyze data and generate sales reports.
✓ Work closure with the graphic designer and art work handlers to produce mock designs for client approval.
✓ Generate sales and meet the assigned weekly/monthly sales quota.
Qualifications & Skills for Sales Executive
Experience in Australian market will be a plus.
