- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure a coordinated sales approach.
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the UK and US markets through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Research and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively position Emerald Telecom's software solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,) to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
