Location: Near Airport Area, Model Colony, Malir, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive (Male candidates only) to join our expanding team. This role involves direct interaction with U.S.-based home healthcare providers, where you will play a key part in promoting our medical billing and staffing services, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a client-facing position that demands excellent communication, persuasive sales ability, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails with U.S. healthcare clients.
• Promote and explain medical billing and staffing services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strong follow-ups.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries while maintaining a positive experience.
• Accurately document all client interactions in CRM/software systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve sales and performance targets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of international sales experience (healthcare preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Ability to handle high-volume calls/emails with confidence.
• Strong sales negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales support tools is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Male candidates only (requirement for this role).
