In this role, you will connect with international clients, understand their business needs, and close deals that drive measurable growth. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and have experience in the digital marketing or e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified international leads via calls, emails, chat and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Present tailored digital marketing and e-commerce solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Confidently handle objections and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date client data and interaction details in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or sales closing roles.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and professional conduct.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in US-based night shifts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking software (preferred).
