About the Position

Renexus Resource Group is looking for a driven and results-oriented International Sales Executive to join our expanding global sales division in Karachi. This role is central to accelerating our international business growth, cultivating strong client partnerships, and delivering measurable sales success.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our international sales team, you will manage the complete sales process — from prospecting to closing — while representing Renexus with excellence and professionalism.

  • Global Outreach: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across diverse international markets through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Lead & Pipeline Management: Handle both outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries while maintaining a healthy, conversion-driven sales pipeline.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Present solutions convincingly, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with company goals.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately document leads, interactions, and progress in the company’s CRM to ensure up-to-date records and data integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery for global clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to help shape future sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for confident communicators who bring energy, ambition, and a passion for success.

  • Experience: 6 months–2 years of professional sales experience required; prior exposure to international or B2B sales will be a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English is essential for engaging with a global audience.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales cycles, client engagement, and closing techniques; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Mindset: Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to perform under minimal supervision.
