Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and distributors.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to create effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development) to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts through CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product performance and market demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in international sales, B2B sales, or export business.
- Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, export documentation, and cross-border sales practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
