Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to create effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development) to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts through CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding product performance and market demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in international sales, B2B sales, or export business.
  • Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, export documentation, and cross-border sales practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
