Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a proven background in IT, web, and design sales, with a strong focus on front-end selling and upselling, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 300,000 (based on skills and experience)
Company Maintained Car: Depending on target achievement
Target: $5,000 – $15,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Drive international sales efforts across IT, web, and design-related services.
• Engage and convert global leads through platforms such as Meta, Cold Calling, Bark, etc.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and share insights with senior management.
• Collaborate with and support team members to foster a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international IT or design sales.
• Strong understanding of front-end sales and upselling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
