International Sales Executive

LINKITSOFT is seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced International Sales Development Executive to expand our global outreach initiatives. This position requires a professional with exceptional English communication skills and the ability to engage prospects through a results-driven, target-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cold outreach and a strong motivation to support consistent revenue growth and target attainment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage outbound calls alongside well-planned email campaigns to identify prospective clients and present the company’s software solutions.
  • Produce qualified, high-quality leads by utilizing structured cold calling techniques and effective email marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster long-term business opportunities.
  • Analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions that clearly demonstrate the value and competitive strengths of the company’s software products.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong spoken English proficiency with excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Reliable team player who performs well in a collaborative work environment.
  • Proven experience executing B2B sales outreach campaigns.
  • 1–3 years of experience in international sales, particularly in telemarketing and email marketing within the software industry.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation activities, including lead scraping and cold prospecting.
  • Solid knowledge of contemporary cold calling frameworks and data-driven email marketing practices.
  • Confident negotiation skills supported by a persuasive communication style and a results-oriented mindset.
