Kobe Motors is looking for suitable/experienced candidates for the position of International Sales Executive - Auto Trade.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' work experience in international soles including Telesales (automotive sector preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work Independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with international trade and logistics is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consistently reach out to global prospects via outbound Telesales to generate new business opportunities,
- Understand customer requirements and effectively market auction Inventory through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with global clients and automotive dealers
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups, present compelling offers, and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to reach monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed client interactions.
