Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive – BPO plus IT Software Solutions

Eligibility

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the BPO and software development/IT services sector.

Proven success in acquiring software projects or managing international tech clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for custom software development, web/mobile app projects, and IT consulting services.
  • Research and target local and international markets (e.g., US, UK, Gulf) for software-related business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch), direct outreach, and partnerships.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Present demos, pitches, and solutions aligned with the client's technical needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into signed deals.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company in tech conferences, webinars, and client meetings (both in-person and virtual).

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT solution selling.
  • Exceptional communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with international platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email outreach tools.
  • Proposal writing, cost estimation, and business presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy.
