We’re Hiring: International Sales Executive

Experts Communication is looking for ambitious and target-driven International Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about global business development, skilled in building client relationships, and motivated to achieve sales excellence in the international market.

Position Details:

• Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
• Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Salary: PKR 90,000 – 150,000 + Uncapped Commission + Attendance Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential international clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with global clients to drive repeat business
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions aligned with our web, design, and IT services
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close high-value international deals
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in target regions
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or related field is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral or fluent accent preferred)
• Previous experience in international sales, business development, or client management is an advantage
• Ability to negotiate confidently and close deals with international clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools
• Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
