Job Title: International Sales Executive (IT Products) – Root Communication Ltd.

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to client queries from international clients via telephone and email.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication, Business, or related field).
• A-Levels preferred.
• Fluent in English (both spoken & written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of client service experience are encouraged to apply.
