Schedule: Full‑time Night Shift (Mon–Sat) | Choose 6:00 PM‑2:00 AM or 8:00 PM‑4:00 AM PKT (10:00 PM‑6:00 AM option)
Salary & Earnings: Base PKR 50,000‑60,000/month + commissions (Average Earnings PKR 100,000+; Top Performers PKR 150,000+)

Role Overview

Join our expanding International Sales Team as a Sales Executive (Night Shift) focusing on both inbound and outbound B2B campaigns. This is a high‑impact, performance‑driven role where your communication, resilience and closing ability determine your earning potential and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls and handle inbound qualified leads from US clients.
  • Understand client needs, present tailored solutions and close international deals.
  • Maintain accurate call records, conversion data and CRM entries (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales & revenue targets, monitor conversion metrics.
  • Participate in daily coaching sessions, receive feedback and refine pitch & conversion skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of international sales, outbound BPO or call‑centre experience.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong spoken and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas, with strong negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing skills.
  • Willingness to work on‑site night shifts (Karachi) Mon–Sat.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, solutions‑oriented mindset.
