International Sales & Export Manager – Rice & FMCG Division

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven International Sales & Export Manager to lead our rice and FMCG exports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing export operations, developing global markets, and building profitable relationships with international buyers and distributors.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in rice exports and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Retail Stores & Catering) sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export strategies to expand international sales for rice and FMCG products.
  • Identify and establish long-term relationships with overseas buyers, importers, and distributors.
  • Manage complete export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, Fumigation, Form-E, etc.).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and inspection agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with customs rules, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms (LC, TT), and logistics arrangements with global partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging markets (Gulf, Africa, Europe, etc.).
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with production, packaging, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor export targets, cost efficiency, and profitability across global accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
  • 5–10 years of export sales experience in rice and/or FMCG/Retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
  • Familiarity with DTRE, FBR portal, and Pakistan Single Window (PSW) systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and export management tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exporting Super Basmati, 1121, IRRI-6, PK-386 rice varieties.
  • Working with HoReCa clients, modern trade buyers, or wholesale importers.
  • Knowledge of export packaging standards (printed bags, cartons, etc.).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
