Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across telecom and IT domains, including RF engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and network specialists.

Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.

Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.

Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is
mandatory
