We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in international recruitment for the telecom and IT sectors . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced agency environments , sourcing top-tier technical talent across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across telecom and IT domains, including RF engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and network specialists.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
• Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is mandatory .
• Proven success in recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
• Strong understanding of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
