Position Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk / Reception Intern to support our front office operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in hotel reception duties, guest handling, and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist front desk staff with guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Welcome and guide hotel guests in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and handle basic guest inquiries
  • Support reservation handling and record keeping
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards

Requirements

  • Student or fresh graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
