Inventory Accountant

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a week)
• Shift Timings: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi
• Job Type: Full-time | In-person

Role Summary: Perform "investigative accounting" by reconciling physical store stock with POS data and resolving anomalies for assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily "Book vs. Physical" stock reconciliations (handsets, accessories, etc.).
• Investigate missing stock/negative inventory and resolve errors with US store managers.
• Manage and track the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for faulty devices.
• Assist with shrinkage reporting, stock schedules, and month-end closing tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: CMA, CIMA, or CA Intermediate qualified.
• Experience: 1–3 years in inventory accounting, retail finance, or audit.
• Skills: Master-level MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas); strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
