Inventory Control – Chocolate Manufacturing

Location: Qatar (Local candidates only)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing and a strong background in managing raw materials, packaging, and finished product inventories.

This role requires excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO), ERP/WMS/ODOO, systems, and hands-on experience in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished chocolate products.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Track batch/lot numbers for traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize inventory processes to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular inventory reports to management.
• having in a strong background in accounts as well

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Currently in Qatar, with transferable visa and NOC.
• Immediate availability.
