Inventory Control Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Executive to manage inventory tracking, purchasing coordination, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by maintaining accurate data, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating closely with our Sialkot team.

Key Responsibilities:

1️ Dashboard Management

• Maintain and update the dashboard for all active articles (approx. 125–150 items).
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for effective tracking and reporting.

2️ Inventory Control

• Monitor running and stored inventory levels for all active articles.
• Identify low stock levels based on predefined thresholds.
• Initiate material purchase requests to IR in Sialkot in a timely manner.
• Follow up to ensure materials are received as required.

3️ Verification & Compliance

• Verify all purchase bills posted in Sialkot on a fortnightly basis.
• Review rejections and monitor associated costs.
• Track and manage operational expenses related to inventory.
• Monitor the lot closing audit sheet daily to ensure compliance with the 30-day closure requirement.
• Coordinate with the Sialkot team for timely follow-ups and issue resolution.

4️ Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Good communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and audit processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
