Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all retail locations and warehouses.
  • Monitor stock movements, discrepancies, and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, and store teams to manage stock replenishment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory profitability metrics, measures & KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
  • Assist in periodic stock audits and cycle counts.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
  • Previous experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
