Inventory Controller

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing inventory operations within the shipping sector, along with strong ERP and Excel skills for accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials in ERP/inventory systems
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and lead times
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Prepare inventory reports, variance analysis, and consumption trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and UAE customs regulations

Technical Skills

• MS Excel (stock registers, pivot reports, reorder tracking)
• ABC Analysis, FIFO / LIFO / FEFO methods
• Cycle Counting & Reorder Point Planning
• Inventory documentation (GRN, MIV, Stock Register, Variance Reports, etc.)

Mandatory Requirements:
4-5 years in UAE shipping industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
