Inventory Controller

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Parts In-Charge to manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock control, timely availability of parts, and accurate documentation while coordinating with service and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and materials
  • Issue spare parts to workshop/service teams as per job requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers for ordering, pricing, and delivery follow-ups
  • Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of spare parts
  • Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management
  • Support warranty claims and returns where applicable

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as Parts In-Charge or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts (automotive/heavy equipment preferred)
  • Experience with inventory management systems (ERP is an advantage)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC market is a plus

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
