About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting Product Managers & Operations in managing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and availability of materials for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Product Manager and Operations Teams to manage stock levels and replenishment.
• Analyze historical shipment patterns & demand for development of accurate future demand forecasts to support supply decision making.
• Analyze inventory positions across the RCT product and warehouse portfolio with the goal of meeting RCT safety stock and ROI targets.
• Continually track inventory shipments as well as ROI, turn & safety stock performance.
• Measure and analyze lead-times within the RCT domestic & global supply chain.
• Utilize all RCT inventory programs including our ERP system and newly implemented Power BI solutions for inventory analysis and decision making.
• Perform routine inventory reconciliation analysis across the RCT warehouse network.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.
