Position: Inventory & Dispatch Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles (Lighting/Electrical industry)

Salary: 20K to 25K Per Month

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Job description:

Inward Operations:

⦁ Receive lighting fixtures, accessories, and components from vendors.

⦁ Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery notes.

⦁ Inspect items for any damage, quantity discrepancies, and compliance with technical specifications.

⦁ Update inward registers and ERP systems with accurate and timely data.

⦁ Coordinate with procurement and design teams for quality checks and necessary approvals.

⦁ Ensure proper labeling, safe storage, and documentation of all received goods.

Outward Operations:

⦁ Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes.

⦁ Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery to project sites or clients.

⦁ Oversee packing and handling to avoid any damage during transportation.

⦁ Maintain accurate outward registers and update inventory management systems.

⦁ Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates to internal teams and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
