Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our inventory operations at the Command Centre. The role involves handling stock planning, tracking, dispatches, and reconciliation across multiple locations while ensuring accuracy and timely availability of inventory to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle including stock receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation.
  • Manage inward and outward movements of materials (devices, accessories, and equipment).
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams, logistics partners, and the installation field team for timely dispatches and returns.
  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system (IMS/ERP).
  • Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct periodic audits and physical verifications to ensure accuracy of stock data.
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management review.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance tracking accuracy and reduce losses.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for warehouse and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies in inventory handling.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a tech or automotive domain.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-location inventory operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP tools, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage rotational shifts and week-offs as per operational needs.
  • Exposure to vendor coordination and logistics processes.
