Job Title: Inventory Manager

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Reports To: Director

Job Location: Jogeshwari

Key Responsibilities

1. Adherence to Company Value System

 Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management.

 Maintain transparency and integrity in all inventory-related transactions and

communication.

 Uphold and promote the company’s mission, vision, and core values.

 Use ERP software and related tools for accurate and transparent inventory data entry,

tracking, and reporting.

2. Inventory Planning and Control

 Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to support operational needs.

 Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

 Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, or excesses, and take

corrective action.

 Forecast inventory requirements based on demand trends and coordinate restocking as

needed.

 Implement effective inventory control strategies to reduce shrinkage and ensure stock

optimization.

3. Warehouse Coordination

 Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and issuance

of inventory.

 Ensure materials are properly labelled, organized, and stored according to safety and

quality standards.

 Support layout planning and warehouse organization to improve accessibility and

inventory flow.

 Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

4. Team Collaboration and Support

 Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain smooth inventory

operations.

 Provide guidance and training to staff on inventory procedures and ERP usage.

 Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to anticipate and meet

inventory needs.

5. Reporting and Documentation

 Generate and submit regular inventory reports, including stock status, variances, and

consumption trends.

 Maintain accurate records of stock movements, adjustments, and transactions in the ERP

system.

 Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.

 Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.

 Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Previous experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role.

 Knowledge of warehouse safety, regulatory requirements, and quality control standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
