In that team;

Design, develop and do maintenance of applications of Capital Markets products
Work within our cross functional agile teams
As an Business analyst,
Perform detailed requirements analysis in an agile team
Perform functional, non-functional and user acceptance testing
Have end-to-end responsibility for analysis, test and maintenance stages
Work closely with business, third party firms and other development teams, to maintain and improve processes
Assist project coordination end-to-end
Make pre-analysis of new project demands
Focus on Minimum Viable Product
Continuously make progress to increase Software Development Life Cycle standards
Third party firm management
Manage end of day processes
Follow up Market changes and define what to do

How do we describe the perfect match?

Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BS or MS in Management Engineering or related fields.
Ability to read and interpret infrastructure, topology, and technical design
Basic knowledge of API, service communication, server access, and system integration
Ability to write and execute functional and non-functional tests in infrastructure projects
Familiarity with performance and service testing tools, or a willingness to learn
Skilled in analyzing system architecture and proposing improvements
Ability to simplify and clearly explain complex technical flows
Proactive, fast learner, and takes full ownership of responsibilities
Strong communication skills with vendors, infrastructure, and business teams
Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write advanced queries for data analysis and validation
Experience in infrastructure projects, preferably in the finance or investment sector
Familiarity with capital markets systems (e.g., Tradesoft/GTP, Matriks)
Knowledge of investment and treasury products (e.g., Equities, VIOP) (preferred)
Experience working with SQL Server (preferred)
Ability to read FIX APIs, service logs, and message structures(preferred)
Capital Markets Activities Level 1 License (preferred)
Completed military service or at least 2 years deferment (for male candidates)
Fluent in written and spoken English
