Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Investment Property Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of property investment strategies, excellent client advisory skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will work with local and international investors, guiding them through the acquisition process and helping them build profitable real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi
  • Analyze market trends, ROI potential, and financial metrics to support client decisions
  • Promote off-plan and ready properties from top developers
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment briefings
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
  • Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to support transaction processes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment portfolios

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate investment sales or advisory
  • Strong understanding of UAE property laws, investment structures, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
  • Professional appearance and investor-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • UAE driving license preferred
