We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Investment Property Sales Advisor to join our team and help clients build profitable real estate portfolios in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on purchasing residential and off‑plan properties with strong investment potential.
  • Conduct detailed consultations, ROI analyses, and market briefings for investors.
  • Present investment opportunities, payment plans, and project comparisons clearly and confidently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with investors, developers, and partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, rental yields, and capital appreciation forecasts.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at events, exhibitions, and investor presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate, investment advisory, or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of real estate as an investment vehicle (ROI, rental yields, market cycles).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
