About the Role

As an Investment Real Estate Advisor, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients seeking to grow their wealth through property investments. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial modeling, and the ability to match clients with high-yield opportunities across residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and present investment-grade properties to local and international clients
• Analyze market trends, rental yields, capital appreciation, and ROI metrics
• Guide clients through the full investment cycle—from acquisition to exit strategy
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
• Conduct property tours, investment briefings, and portfolio reviews
• Collaborate with legal, mortgage, and marketing teams to facilitate seamless transactions
• Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and global investment flows

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment advisory or brokerage
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret investment data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are advantageous
• UAE driving license preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
