
IR / HR Executive - Karachi
ABOUT COMPANY: Oral hygiene product and manufacturing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and benefits data.

Facilitate employee engagement activities, training.
-
Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).

Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-
Coordinate with government bodies, labour departments, and external stakeholders when required.

Maintain IR documentation, reports, and records.
Skills Required
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR,
-
2–3 years of relevant HR / IR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of labor laws and IR practices.
