IT Admin Officer

The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s technology systems, ensuring efficient and secure operations. This includes providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing hardware and software, and implementing innovative IT solutions to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Ensuring all computers, servers, and networks run smoothly.
• Troubleshooting: Fixing hardware/software issues for staff.
• User Support: Assisting employees with login problems, software setups, and tech training.
• Security Oversight: Managing antivirus, firewalls, and data protection protocols.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Backup & Recovery: Setting up systems to protect data and restore it if needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows systems
• Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Familiarity with office software and cloud tools
• Problem-solving mindset and clear communication
• Often holds a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
