Install and configure computer Hardware, software, network and applications

Respond to technical support calls from other staff members for any bugs.

- Coordinate with HR team & New joinee for Punching card creation and integration withattendance software.

- Continuous monitoring of systems and networks of the users/clients/customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving all the technical issues

- Help the employees with generating official Emails.

- Keep a record of all the issues along with solutions for future references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,622.80 - ₹25,000.02 per month
